Consultation and Diagnostics department

The major tasks of the department are:

To provide primary qualified (consultative) assistance to patients being selected by the selection panel to decide on hospitalization to the specialized departments of "Yudino" treatment and rehabilitation clinical centre and the day patient facility;
To provide primary medical and primary specialized medical and sanitary care in emergency form to the employees of the rehabilitation centre who apply on an outpatient basis;

The department is staffed by doctors of the highest category and Ph.D. in Medicine, who have extensive experience and use modern methods of diagnostics and treatment in the following profiles:

Neurology;
Endocrinology;
Cardiology;
Traumatology;

Urology;
Gynaecology;
Psychotherapy;
Neuropsychology;

Also, the department is used for selection of patients for planned hospitalization to receive inpatient medical care.

Admission to the Consultation and Diagnostics Department is carried out in accordance with the requirements of Compulsory Medical Insurance (with a referral according to 057 /у form), as well as on a fee basis.

The Consultation and Diagnostics Department of “Yudino" treatment and rehabilitation clinical offers an opportunity to undergo rehabilitation in outpatient conditions (like a day hospital) for a period of 10 days under the Compulsory Medical Insurance Programme.

The rehabilitation programme includes:

initial examination by a specialist (therapist, neurologist, physiotherapist, physiotherapist, physical therapy, traumatologist, psychologist, speech therapist);
massage (manual, hardware, lymphatic drainage);
physiotherapy (apparatus, heat therapy, inhalation, hydrotherapy);
mechanotherapy (passive, active, robotic);
exercise therapy (group, individual, in the gym and the swimming pool);
individual sessions with a speech therapist (speech therapy).

For rehabilitation, the patient is required to provide:

Form 057/у referral;
Passport + Personal insurance policy number + Compulsory medical insurance policy (+ copies);
Results of general (clinical) and biochemical (creatinine, cholesterol, glucose) blood tests, general urine test (not older than one month on the day of the consultation);
Results of HIV, syphilis, hepatitis B and C tests (which were done not more than three months before the consultation);
Electrocardiogram (film, which was done not more than one month before the consultation). Can be taken on a fee basis on the day of submission of documents (it is necessary to make an appointment in advance);
X-ray (fluorography) of the lungs within one year;
For women - data of a consultation with a gynaecologist with a diagnosis (specialist's examination not more than one month old) (can be carried out on a fee basis on the day of hospitalization) For men - data of a consultation with a urologist with a diagnosis, PSA (not older than one month);
Opinion of a dermatologist (if examined by a specialist not more than one month ago). Can be performed for a fee on the day of submission of documents (it is necessary to make an appointment in advance).
