High-tech medical care is part of specialized medical care and includes the use of new complex and (or) unique methods of treatment, as well as resource-intensive methods of treatment.
As part of the Programme of state guarantees of free medical care to citizens for 2022 and for the planned period of 2023 - 2024, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 28 December 2020 No. 2299, "Yudino" treatment and rehabilitation clinical centre, a branch of “National Medical Research Centre for Rehabilitation and Balneology" of the Ministry of Health of Russia in 2022 within the established limits, provides high-tech medical care in the field of neurology (neurorehabilitation after stroke and craniocerebral trauma with impaired motor and cognitive functions).
Neurorehabilitation involves the following treatment methods:
- Rehabilitation training with the inclusion of biofeedback (BFB) using several modalities, conducted on robotic complexes (computerized stability analyzers with biofeedback, a robotic rehabilitation complex for functional therapy of the upper or lower extremities with extended feedback, a medical robot-assisted rehabilitation complex for locomotor therapy, complex for diagnosis and active rehabilitation of pathologies of the motor system and organs of equilibrium);
- Rehabilitation treatment using a package of measures in combination with virtual reality;
- Rehabilitation treatment using a package of measures in combination with navigational rhythmic transcranial magnetic stimulation.
