The leading role in the complex of therapeutic measures of rehabilitation treatment is given to exercise therapy, which can be performed in groups, small groups and individually.

We have developed complexes of therapeutic gymnastics for patients of all departments of the rehabilitation centre receiving treatment here.

Exercise therapy sessions are held in a specially equipped gym with a floor area of 215 square meters. Active rehabilitation is carried out using a set of new-generation exercisers for all muscle groups.

The presence of beautiful coniferous woodland around the rehabilitation complex gives a nice opportunity to take therapeutic dosed walks in the fresh air - Terrainkur and Nordic walking.
