The institution provides fee-based medical services on conditions other than those provided by the territorial programme of state guarantees and (or) target programmes upon the consumer's request in accordance with Federal Law of the Russian Federation of 21.11.2011, No. 323-ФЗ “On the fundamentals of health protection of citizens of the Russian Federation”, Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1006 of 01.10.2012 “On approval of the Rules of providing fee-based medical services by medical organizations”, Regulations on the procedure and conditions for provision of fee-based medical services to patients in "Yudino" treatment and rehabilitation clinical centre approved by the chief physician.

Terms and conditions for provision of fee-based services:

• When providing medical services anonymously, except for cases specified by the laws of the Russian Federation (HIV, AIDS, tuberculosis, etc.);
• Citizens of foreign states, stateless persons, except for persons insured under the compulsory medical insurance scheme, and citizens of the Russian Federation who do not reside permanently in its territory and are not insured under the compulsory medical insurance scheme, unless otherwise provided for by international treaties of the Russian Federation;
• When applying in person for medical services, except for the cases and procedures provided for in Article 21 of the Federal Law “On the fundamentals of health care for citizens in the Russian Federation” and cases of emergency medical care, including specialized emergency medical care and medical care provided in an urgent or emergency form;
• If a medical service is not listed in the Territorial Programme of state guarantees of free medical care for citizens of the Russian Federation.

To make an appointment for paid hospitalization, you should call us at +7 (495) 926-11-96 (ext. 3). We will choose a convenient time and rehabilitation programme together with you. You can send a list of documents for hospitalization to vip_udino@nmicrk.ru. At hospitalization, the payment is made in two instalments: the first part - at check-in, when you pay for accommodation and meals for the required number of days, the second part - on the second day, after the doctors' examination and prescription of an individual treatment plan.

Payment for services is made at the cash desk before the doctor's appointment from 09:00 to 18:00 in cash or by credit card.

Citizens receiving fee-based medical services are eligible for a social tax deduction.
