"Yudino" treatment and rehabilitation clinical centre — a branch of “NMRC RB” of the Ministry of Health of Russia - provides the following types of routine medical care:

These Rules are developed in accordance with the Federal Laws of the Russian Federation “On the Principles of Health Protection of Citizens in the Russian Federation”, “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and other regulations. The Rules define the standards of conduct of patients and other visitors to "Yudino" treatment and rehabilitation clinical centre when receiving medical services in order to ensure conditions for better satisfaction of the need for medical care, medical services and services indirectly related to medical services, to ensure the safety of citizens when they visit "Yudino" treatment and rehabilitation clinical centre, as well as the staff of "Yudino" treatment and rehabilitation clinical centre. Compliance with these Rules is mandatory.

• weekdays 17.00 - 19.00
• weekends and public holidays 10.00 - 13.00 and 17.00 - 19.00

Patients are visited at the established time on the basis of lists signed by the head of the department and agreed with the chief physician (a person acting in his/her capacity) of the Branch.

Patients and persons visiting them are obliged to comply with the admission and security regulations established in the Institution.

Visitors are prohibited to visit Patients while in a state of alcoholic (narcotic, toxic) intoxication; it is prohibited to bring alcoholic beverages, narcotic and toxic substances with them.

Visitors are required to keep quiet, not to obstruct the provision of medical care to others. Patients must follow the instructions of the medical staff and must not touch medical devices.

Children under 14 years of age are not allowed to visit the patients.

In accordance with the Rules of conduct for patients and visitors of "Yudino" treatment and rehabilitation clinical centre, in order to maintain public order, prevent and suppress terrorist activities, other crimes and administrative offences, to comply with sanitary and epidemiological rules, to ensure the personal safety of employees of "Yudino" treatment and rehabilitation clinical centre, as well as patients and visitors in buildings and offices it is PROHIBITED to:

• To bring firearms, gas spray arms, cold weapons, poisonous, radioactive, chemical and explosive substances, alcoholic beverages and other items and substances into the building and offices of "Yudino" treatment and rehabilitation clinical centre, possession of which by visitors or their use (application) may pose a threat to the safety of others;
• To smoke in the premises and in the territory of "Yudino" treatment and rehabilitation clinical centre;
• Gamble in the territory of "Yudino" treatment and rehabilitation clinical centre;
• Talk loudly, make noise, slam doors;
• To take out the documents received for familiarization from the premises of "Yudino" treatment and rehabilitation clinical centre;
• Withdraw documents from medical records, information stands and folders;
• Enter the service premises of "Yudino" TRCC without permission of the staff;
• Take dishes and tableware out of the dining room;
• Keep large amounts of money, valuables, jewelry, perishables in the ward;
• Place notices in the premises and in the territory of "Yudino" TRCC without permission of the Administration;
• Take photos and videos without permission of the of the Administration of "Yudino" TRCC;
• Act as sales agents, representatives and act for other commercial purposes on the premises of "Yudino" TRCC;
• Throw rubbish and food waste out of the windows and in the territory of "Yudino" TRCC, spoil green areas in the territory of "Yudino" TRCC;
• Wear outdoor clothes and dirty shoes in the premises of "Yudino" TRCC;
• Enter the building and premises of "Yudino" TRCC while drunk or under the influence of drugs, with aggressive behaviour, having an appearance that does not meet sanitary and hygienic requirements.

In case of such violations, visitors are withdrawn from the building and premises of "Yudino" TRCC by the security personnel and (or) law enforcement agencies.

This Regulation is developed in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 15 of 23.02.2013. “On protection of citizens’ health from the impact of environmental tobacco smoke and consequences of tobacco consumption”.

To prevent the harmful effects of the environmental tobacco smoke on human health, smoking is prohibited in the territories and premises of the structural subdivisions of the institution.

Violation of the legislation on smoking ban entails administrative liability in accordance with the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation.

In case of violation of the regulations, preventive measures are taken against employees, visitors or patients in the form of a talk on the harm of smoking, a reprimand, a report to the management of the institution.

Systematic non-compliance with the requirements of the regulation shall entail:

• · for patients - discharge for breach of the hospital regime;
• · for the employees of "Yudino" TRCC in accordance with the rules of internal labour regulations;
• · execution of documents for bringing to administrative punishment (fine) in accordance with the legislation (the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation).
